just outside our hotel
kitty oh kitty, lols.

on our way to chatuchak weekend market !
while in our cab, we saw many locals selling
charms/newspaper for a living & they were standing
right in the middle of the road.
look at the old lady who had tons of stocks bundled to the tuk tuk.
then she realised we were trying to snap pictures of her.
shy lady, but after many attempts from us,
she finally posed for the camera.
haha, friendly thais !
First stop : CHATUCHAK !!
the largest market in thailand and in the
whole world according to wikipedia.
you can find almost anything and everything there!
the market is so damn humongous tt you may have to spend
up to 3 days to cover the whole area.
however, you may really hv to bargain a great deal bcos they usually
peg their prices rather high esp when we are tourists.
oyar, it is highly recommended to bring along a fan !
you'll suffocate frm the heatness esp after noon.
DAMN HOT LAH.
so far, suan lum & chatuchak night markets are the best places
to shop bcos they sell stuffs of better design/quality.
their store decors are remarkable can !
and obviously we've to snap a photo or two lols.
notice the telly ? it has lightning bolts on it !
so damn cool can.
oyar, one common thing i've gathered about the thais
is their trust for one another.
reason for saying so ?
i realised shop owners are often not in the stores to look after their stuff.
as in really, arent they worried of theft ??
i swear we had SO MANY opportunities to grab
their stuff & leave w/o paying -.-
there was once we had to wait for close to 15 mins for the
shop owner to return to her store.
how about 15 mins is more than enough time
for us to empty the whole store? lol.
so when the girls shop shop shop,
the guys had to wait wait wait.
we spent close to 6 hrs to finish just
2 alleys outta a few hundreds.
and wl can actually told me they spent 1 hr to finish ALL
their shopping and still had plenty of time to sit dwn for coffee.
the most amazing thing is, they covered the whole of chatuchak
in less than 5 hours (including shopping & tea-breaks).
i say they're crazy.
Second stop : Platinum shopping mall
on our way there
highly recommended : stewed beef noodles at the foodcourt
[first store on the left, level 6 at platinum mall]
oyar, try their coconut & crepes as well

it's funny tt everybody stands in a single file to
wait for cabs. and yes i was the first in line lol.
Third stop : Lumpini Stadium,
the well-known stadium for muay thai boxing
yixiang went there to get some stuff for his boxing coach
and we would hav gone in for a LIVE muay thai show
if not for the stupid tiger show which we spent 600 bahts on.
one ticket for muay thai match costs about 50 sing dollars btw.
SO, we went back to suan lum night market
which is 10 mins walk away frm the stadium.
Fourth stop: Suan Lum Night Market
Fifth stop : Go Karting at RCA Plaza
all of us raced the first race & the guys
went on for the 2nd & 3rd race.

naikiang shifted my attention from
tking pictures of the girls to him.
simply because..........
LOL, we couldnt stop laughing while he was trying to reverse the car.
Score board:
well, at least he still managed to come in fourth in
the race and the first among the guys.
the top 3s on the list were some caucasians .
btw kitty, good sportsmanship you have !
and the price to pay in exchange for a thrilling experience.
poor peggie, she actually flew outta the car after being sandwiched.
yes yes, this is true although it may seems unbelievable lol.
she had about 5 to 6 bruises on her hands & many cuts on her legs too.
dear girl, u really scare the shiat outta us.
